Over the pasts few years we identified a large gap in the fire service, years of experience. Being two young and passionate firefighters we thought, “How could we help close that gap in a career that became young seemingly overnight?” Our idea, like a lot of others, a podcast. Our plan, to bring in those experienced firefighters and officers from across the country and ask the questions we, as well as anybody listening, want to know as new, young firefighters. We have some great guests lined up and are excited to continue to grow, or have the same 2 listeners every month (thanks moms).
